Job Summary
Assistant Director of Berklee Global to support global engagement strategy, manage Global Partner programs, advise on Credit Transfer Agreements and Transfer pathways, coordinate events and travel, lead data analytics and reporting, and provide administrative support while supervising student assistants; role requires collaboration with Berklee Global leadership, faculty, and students, with frequent international or domestic travel and availability for evening/weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of experience in higher education or performing arts management
- Musical training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Spanish preferred) a plus
- Knowledge of international education, recruitment, study abroad, and immigration processes
- Familiarity with office technology, event management systems, and social media platforms
- Ability to work in international and cross-cultural environments, representing Berklee with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
