Job Summary

Assist Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement by designing and implementing alumni engagement events regionally and on campus, coordinating Homecoming and Reunion programming, and serving as liaison to donors, admissions, career development, and various university offices. Manage communications and fundraising efforts for alumni groups and reunion classes; oversee student workers and alumni data; support annual events such as Career Networking night and Spring Networking; collaborate with multiple stakeholders to expand alumni participation and donations, while traveling as needed and supporting evening/weekend schedules. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 2-4 years related experience), strong attention to detail, confidentiality, event planning/administration skills, ability to travel, and a collaborative, mission-driven approach within a Catholic Assumptionist university context.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
  • Strong administrative skills preferred.
  • Ability to travel and available for evening and weekend work.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be willing to contribute actively to the mission of the University as well as show respect for the Catholic and Assumptionist identity of Assumption University.
