Assistant Director of Advancement Services

Provide data management, analytics, and prospect research to inform Taft School's fundraising strategy. Serve as the primary data and research liaison to the Alumni & Development team, pulling data for the Taft Fund, Stewardship, and Engagement initiatives, and supporting events with data, reporting, and constituent information. Develop and refresh in-depth donor profiles, create complex queries and dashboards in Raiser's Edge on a daily basis, ensure data integrity, coordinate with campus colleagues for data synchronization, and leverage sources to assess financial capacity, willingness, and interests of prospects. Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and ResearchPoint, plus strong Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Tableau skills, and excellent verbal and written communication with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
