Job Summary
Assist the Director of Admissions with territory management, plan and implement recruitment activities including campus visits, college fairs, and events; conduct interviews with prospective students and families; build relationships with high school counselors; coordinate 8-10 weeks of recruitment travel; participate in on-campus and virtual recruitment events; collaborate with academic and administrative departments to enhance the prospective student experience; manage CRM data and provide guidance on financial aid options; train new admissions staff and student workers; support recruitment communications and marketing programs; supervise student employees; travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Two to five years of admissions, enrollment management, higher education, sales, marketing, or related experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and enrollment technologies
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including some nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recruitment decisions
- Ability to travel extensively during recruitment seasons
- Ability to work with others and independently
- Bachelor’s degree required
