Job Summary
Develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures aligned with clinical standards, federal laws, and corporate care philosophies in coordination with the Director of Nursing. Lead clinical staff by inspiring motivation, coaching, and mentoring while fostering a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure compassionate care and support a comforting atmosphere. Maintain compliance with Indiana RN licensing standards and company values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. This role supports the legacy of improving lives for seniors across Indiana through dedicated leadership and team recognition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in long term care / skilled nursing setting
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
