Assistant Director - Nursing | Orthopedics / Post Surgical Unit

Prescribe nursing care, delegate activities, and coordinate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care to ensure optimal quality consistent with hospital standards. Direct staff and patient care activities with the Director while overseeing CQI initiatives and ensuring all personnel attend required inservice education programs. Maintain full access to patient health information. Requires current Registered Nurse licensure, Staff Nurse experience, and a BSN. Full range of body motion needed to pass a basic FIT test, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
