Job Summary

Oversee nursing staff across various departments, including home, community, ambulatory, and inpatient settings, while developing and implementing strategic nursing goals. Supervise and mentor nursing managers and staff to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and the Nurse Practice Act. Monitor patient outcomes, manage the nursing department's budget, and adjust staffing levels to meet patient care needs. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and senior administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and maintaining accreditation. Lead recruitment, retention, and training efforts, including implementing professional development programs and continuing education.

Required Qualifications

  • BSN required and actively pursuing with achievement of Master's degree within three (3) years
  • Five (5) years Registered Nursing experience
  • Three (3) or more years of nursing managerial experience in related service area
  • Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License
  • National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • Annual TB Screening
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Substance Abuse Testing

Desired Qualifications

  • Infusion Center management experience
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • National Certification
