Job Summary
Oversee outreach strategies, emergency response coordination, and staff supervision to support housing placement operations for individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Implement evidence-based practices including Housing First and Harm Reduction while guiding teams in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and complex client management. Coordinate services across internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, adherence to compliance requirements, and strong program outcomes. This full-time role requires a Licensed Master Social Worker with supervisory experience and operates primarily during weekday business hours with flexibility for 24/7 emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Master Social Worker (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction, and trauma-informed care
- Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to learn new systems
