Assistant Director

Operate the school safely and effectively in accordance with company and state licensing standards, assuming sole responsibility during the School Director's absence. Foster an educational, caring, and safe environment while recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff to promote the intellectual and social growth of children. Maintain the positive image of the organization as a community provider of choice. This role requires at least one year of leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility and meets state education requirements.
