Job Summary
Operate the school safely and effectively in accordance with company and state licensing standards, assuming sole responsibility during the School Director's absence. Foster an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents while recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff. Promote the positive image of Learning Care Group as a provider of choice for the communities we serve. Assist in achieving profitability and help children discover new things through social, physical, and intellectual growth. Requires at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility and leadership background.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education
- Must meet our center/school requirements
