Assistant Director

Assistant Director position in a licensed child care center responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director; in the Director’s absence, assumes sole responsibility. Leads efforts to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards, foster a safe and educational environment for children and parents, recruit and retain quality staff, and contribute to the center’s profitability. Requires leadership experience, at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility, and a high school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years old and meet state education requirements.
