Assistant Director

Operate the school safely and effectively alongside the School Director, assuming sole responsibility during the Director's absence. Ensure daily operations align with company and state licensing standards while fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support the team's goals. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while maintaining the company's positive community image. Assist in achieving profitability and discover new ways to spark imagination and build self-esteem. Must be at least 21 years of age with two years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility, holding an Associates degree in ECE or related field and completed Georgia 40-hour course.
