Assistant Director

Operate the school safely and effectively with the School Director, assuming sole responsibility in the Director's absence. Ensure operations comply with company and state licensing standards while fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support the team. Promote the company's positive image and assist in achieving profitability. Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Requires at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility, an Associate degree in ECE or related field, and completion of the Georgia 40-hour director course. Must be at least 21 years of age.
