Job Summary
Operate the school safely and effectively in accordance with company and state licensing standards, assuming sole responsibility when the School Director is absent. Foster an educational, caring, and safe environment while recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff to promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth. Ensure profitability and maintain the positive company image as a provider of choice for the community. Requires at least one year of leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility and a high school diploma.
