Job Summary
Operate the school in accordance with company and state licensing standards, assuming sole responsibility during the Director's absence. Foster a safe, educational environment while recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff to support children's social, physical, and intellectual growth. Promote the company's positive image and contribute to achieving profitability. Assist the School Director in ensuring the facility meets all requirements for education and center standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education
- Must meet center/school requirements
