Job Summary
The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school under the guidance of the School Director. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards, fostering a caring and educational environment, promoting children's growth, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and helping achieve company profitability. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous leadership experience, and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.

- Must have previous leadership experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
