Assistant Director

Operate the school safely and effectively with the School Director, assuming sole responsibility during the Director's absence. Ensure operations comply with company and state licensing standards while fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support the team. Promote the company's positive image and contribute to achieving profitability. Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess leadership experience with at least one year in a licensed childcare facility, and meet Florida background screening requirements.
