Job Summary
Assist the School Director in the safe, effective operation of the school; in the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school; promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children; ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards; recruit, select, and retain quality staff; foster an educational, caring, and safe environment and uphold the company’s safety vision and community role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
