Job Summary
Assist in the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director, and assume sole responsibility in the Director’s absence. Drive social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, foster a safe, educational environment for children and parents, recruit and retain quality staff, and help achieve profitability. Collaborate to promote the company’s safety vision, uphold licensing standards, and contribute to a positive image of the organization within the community. Lead with accountability, creativity, teamwork, and dedication to delivering quality childcare and educational outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
