Job Summary
Oversee the safe, effective operation of the school in partnership with the School Director, ensuring licensing compliance and a caring, educational environment for children. In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff, promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, fostering a positive image of the company, and contributing to center profitability. Requires at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed center, must be at least 21, and an Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred; must meet state education requirements.

- Associates in ECE or related field is preferred
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
