Job Summary
Assist Director to ensure safe, effective operation of the school in partnership with the School Director; in the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility. Drive the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, recruit and retain quality staff, and uphold licensing standards and safety vision while promoting a positive company image and community service. Responsibilities include leading staff, maintaining quality child-care operations, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements, supporting educational programming, and contributing to the school’s profitability through effective team leadership and collaboration with families.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
