Job Summary
Manage complex calendars for senior development leadership, coordinating meetings, travel, and briefing materials while anticipating needs and tracking follow-up actions. Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including board members and donors, by drafting high-level correspondence, maintaining donor database records, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, manage sensitive donor and institutional information with discretion, and assist with special projects involving research, data synthesis, and presentation development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling, logistics, and competing priorities
- Experience working with databases or CRM systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
