Job Summary
Lead the delivery of KM programs, projects, and strategic initiatives while managing team capacity and execution against business goals. Partner with Claims, Service, Underwriting, Distribution, and other business areas to address knowledge needs, driving improvements in content quality, governance, search, and user experience. Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact, coaching professionals to foster accountability. Translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes across the portfolio. Travel 10%.
Required Qualifications
