Job Summary
Provides assistance to achieve the organizations administrative, academic, student support and/or community relations goals; leads program implementation, management, outreach and recruitment of adult education populations; collaborates with campus locations, workforce solutions and state agencies to execute programming, grant funding, and tailored training through grant streams; develops logic models, framework and timelines toward implementation; analyzes program data, maintains reporting, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations for adult education and workforce development; builds relationships with internal and external partners to maximize resources and services across multiple sites; oversees grant documents and data systems, conducts grant writing and research to renew or identify external funding, and supervises staff to achieve performance outcomes; requires strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and effective communication across diverse stakeholders; Must complete required Dallas College professional development hours and adhere to policies and procedures; position involves travel across Dallas College locations and offsite sites; Dallas College is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- three (3) years of related work experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license is required
- Official transcripts are required
- Criminal background check may be required
- fingerprint check may be required
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred
