Assistant Director

Assist the Centre Director to lead the centre, mentor the team, and manage operations in the Centre Director’s absence. Drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations, implement the Goodstart Practice Guide, and engage with families and the local community to build a thriving learning environment. Leverage leadership experience in early childhood to inspire and motivate staff, collaborate with the leadership team, and contribute to a warm, community-focused centre. Role emphasizes leadership, centre management, staff development, and high-quality early learning and care.
