Assistant Director for Youth Ministry Archdiocese of Washington - Pastoral Center - Hyattsville Maryland

Assist the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry as a principal resource to parishes, schools, campus ministries, clergy, volunteers, and ministry leaders; coordinate youth leadership formation, retreats, conferences, rallies, and evangelization initiatives; build partnerships among parishes, Catholic schools, campus ministries, and cultural communities; recruit, train, and accompany volunteer leaders; support ministries serving Hispanic youth and families; develop resources addressing discipleship, leadership development, mental and emotional well-being, and family engagement; assist with communications, social media outreach, and event promotion; maintain relationships with pastors and principals; perform other duties as assigned.
