Assistant Director for Preschool Center

Support the Center Director in daily operations of a licensed preschool and childcare facility, supervising and mentoring classroom teachers and support staff. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards while assisting with enrollment, family engagement, and parent communication. Help maintain curriculum quality and implement early childhood education programs, managing staff scheduling and classroom coverage. Step in as acting Director in the absence of the Center Director. This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and two years of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
