Job Summary

As the Assistant Director for Enrollment, you will report to the Associate Vice President for Graduate Enrollment and be responsible for all phases of the recruitment and admissions process for graduate programs. Key responsibilities include recruiting prospective graduate students through outreach, counselling on admission requirements, managing employer partner relationships, supporting graduate admissions events, and maintaining applicant files using Slate CRM. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of experience in related fields. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Experience managing professional employer partner relationships
  • Valid California Class C driver's license

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education recruitment and enrollment or student services management
  • Academic advising, counseling, professional coaching, career services, or sales training experience
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Advanced customer service skills

Additional Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of a background check is required
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required
  • May be required to travel for extended periods
