Job Summary
Analyze payer reimbursements, billing metrics, and denial rates to identify optimization opportunities and develop dashboards tracking KPIs and claims performance. Conduct operational analyses evaluating workflows, cash flow variances, and referral patterns to provide actionable insights for leadership. Serve as the primary liaison between radiology leadership and revenue cycle teams, resolving payor issues and guiding staff on coding policies and compliance. Partner with departmental and revenue cycle directors to develop strategies for revenue optimization, implement corrective measures, and create risk mitigation plans. Represent radiology analytics at strategic meetings and foster collaborative relationships across internal teams to enhance departmental performance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
