Job Summary
Support the Center Director in administering student assessments, developing learning plans, and managing sales leads while delivering individualized instruction using the Mathnasium Method. Lead and coach team members through on-the-job training, mentor staff development, and maintain a safe, professional learning environment for students. Teach or tutor in-center, online, and hybrid settings, manage student progress during sessions, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Available 5 days a week from 3 PM to 7 PM, including weekends, with a base pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Requires Algebra I proficiency, strong math competency, and a passion for working with students.
Required Qualifications
- Available 5 days a week 3 PM to 7 PM, includes one weekend
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
- All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency
