Assistant Director - Early Childhood Education

Assist with the daily operations of the center, support staff coaching, training, and development, conduct exceptional tours that convert prospects into enrollments, build relationships with current and prospective families, follow up with leads to increase enrollment, ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment, and support employee accountability and performance expectations. Partners with leadership to achieve center goals and growth objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong personality and leadership presence, is confident speaking with parents and prospective families, takes initiative, can manage difficult conversations, understands that enrollment and retention are everyone's responsibility, and brings positive energy and professionalism daily.
