Assistant Director, Donor Experience

Oversee the Donor Experience team to drive the vision for philanthropy, leading events and engagement initiatives to achieve fundraising targets for Community Chest. Manage and assign team members to perform philanthropic partnership and engagement functions, guide conceptualization and execution of events and engagement activities, and strengthen donor and stakeholder experiences. Lead the implementation of signature events and engagement platforms, secure sponsorships/discounts within procurement rules, and drive donations with the philanthropic Partnership and Engagement teams. Ensure achievement of annual KPIs, manage operational and HR challenges, and collaborate with other teams within Community Chest and NCSS to maximize impact. The role requires knowledge of donor relations, stakeholder management, event management, and public service procurement practices; emphasis on planning, hosting, and assessing engagement activities for donors, partners, and prospects.
