Assistant Director - Development & Member Services

Assistant Director of Development and Member Services at IPTAY will report to the Director of Development and Member Services and is responsible for generating revenue for IPTAY while delivering exceptional donor service and stewardship. The role involves soliciting donations and selling football season tickets (including premium seating), cultivating new donation and ticket sales opportunities, managing donor communications, and maintaining donor/prospect records in Salesforce CRM. The position requires face-to-face donor engagement, participation in IPTAY and Clemson Athletics events (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and collaboration with athletics staff, university colleagues, and volunteers. The role also includes assisting with collections of seat equity and annual pledges, handling administrative functions, attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with Clemson University, IPTAY, NCAA and conference regulations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in intercollegiate and/or professional athletics, with experience in development, sales, or customer service; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and Ticketmaster Archtics; and demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
