Job Summary
Assistant Director to support the Director and instructional personnel in administering school operations, ensure a secure and welcoming environment for students and families, manage enrollment processes and family intake, assist teaching staff with classroom management and curriculum delivery, and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies; role emphasizes operational support, family engagement, and meticulous record-keeping across state-funded programs.
Required Qualifications
- AA or BA degree or higher in Child Development, Sociology, Psychology, Social Welfare, or a related field
- Site Supervisor Permit or Higher
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- One or more years of experience working with subsidized programs
- Knowledge of CDE and CDSS eligibility guidelines and processes for enrollment under the CCTR and CSPP programs
- Possession of a valid California driver's license and current personal vehicle insurance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
