Job Summary
Provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership across outpatient, school-based, case management, crisis, and specialized services. Monitor quality, documentation, access, incidents, and regulatory compliance while supporting redesignation, readiness, and continuous quality improvement. Assist with budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning through collaboration with schools, DMH, DCF, medical providers, and community partners. Lead organizational change initiatives and foster a positive, high-performing team culture using trauma-informed, family-centered approaches. Requires Vermont independent clinical licensure and five years of behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral health field
- Vermont independent clinical licensure (LCMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, LMFT or equivalent) with at least 3 years post licensure to meet supervised billing and Office of Professional Regulations requirements
- Minimum 5 years behavioral health experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
