Assistant Director- Childlife Preschool - Countryway/Westchase

Lead a team of teachers in classroom management and assist the Director in overseeing recruitment, enrollment, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies. Manage multiple classrooms, handle facility and supplies management, and step in to lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed. Ensure the site remains successful by empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff. Requires a CDA or Staff Credential with 2-3 years of experience; Director Credential preferred. Full benefits package including 401K with match, health, dental, vision, and paid time off available.
