Job Summary
Partner with the School Leader to meet enrollment objectives and implement the curriculum program while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate on staff hiring, retention, and performance monitoring through goal setting, feedback, and disciplinary actions. Maintain classroom ratios and distributions using financially responsible means to ensure proper staffing. Manage day-to-day school operations, including relations with staff, students, and families, to build a strong community. Requires an Associate's degree in education, minimum three years of experience in education, and prior supervisory experience. Salary range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- An Associate's degree in education preferred or equivalent experience
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of education serving a student population and school community of comparable scope
- Proficiency with technology and software applications including current version of MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with revenue generation, budgets and financial accountability is a plus
