Job Summary
The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director, ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards. Key responsibilities include fostering a safe and educational environment, promoting the growth of children, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and assisting in achieving company profitability. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have prior leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
