Job Summary
Manage Experiential Education programs including the Internship Certificate Program and Service-Learning by handling student, employer, and faculty communication, day-to-day operations, and reporting support. Serve as a student advisor for career and experiential education initiatives while supporting the Consultants for the Public Good Program through management, promotion, recruitment, and evaluation. Advise students and alumni on career development, résumé writing, interviewing, job search techniques, and networking. Collaborate with academic partners to deliver workshops, class presentations, and outreach programs. Represent Career Success and Experiential Education at Admissions Open Houses, orientation programs, and other college-wide events. Assist with ongoing community partnerships aligned with CSEE initiatives. Work at least four days per week in the Old Westbury, NY office.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- Demonstrate understanding of experiential education
- Demonstrate previous experience with developing, promoting, managing and assessing programs
- Demonstrate knowledge of technical skills in common software including Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Google Drive
- 1-2 years of experience in career services, higher education, student affairs, human resources, advising or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- At least 4 days in the Long Island office per week
