Job Summary
Support the Director in running daily operations across St. Mary's and Waldorf locations while leading, coaching, and developing the team through hands-on training for Shift Leads and newer staff. Step into scheduling, staffing coverage, and floor leadership as needed, and help screen and interview candidates during hiring pushes. Track class quality and enrollment goals alongside leadership while building toward a Director-track career path. This full-time role requires 35+ hours per week, reliable transportation between locations, and strong organizational skills with a background in fitness, dance, sports, or theatre is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Available full-time (35+ hrs/week), across both St. Mary's and Waldorf
- Strong organizational skills and clear, direct communication
- Comfortable holding authority with staff, confidently leading in front of parents and kids
- Reliable transportation between both locations required
Desired Qualifications
- A natural leader — someone who can coach a team, not just work alongside one
- Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- A background in fitness, dance, sports, or theatre is a big plus
