Assistant Director, Analytics

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of analysts responsible for financial aid reporting and analytics; oversee the development and delivery of financial aid reports, dashboards, and datasets for operational, strategic, and regulatory use; translate financial aid policies and regulatory requirements into clear, sustainable analytical solutions; partner with Financial Aid and campus stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and effective use of data to support student access, affordability, and institutional priorities; drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytics processes, data stewardship, and tooling; communicate findings to leadership and non-technical audiences; manage complex projects and prioritize work to deliver timely, high-quality deliverables; ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Six or more years of experience in analytics, reporting, or institutional research
- Experience supervising or leading staff in a professional setting
- Experience with BI tools
