Job Summary
Assistant Director – Admissions Launchpad Scholars Program at Yale Law School coordinates and grows the Launchpad Scholars Program (LSP) within the Admissions Office, including recruitment strategy, application management, information sessions, and collaboration with faculty to develop curriculum and programming (Welcome Summit, Saturday Academies, LSAT program, and Residential Institute). Responsibilities span developing and managing the LSP timeline and budget, onboarding participants, marketing materials, CRM communications, sponsorship and vendor relations, as well as contributing to J.D. admissions activities when needed. The role requires strong project management, exceptional written and oral communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently; preferred experience with under-resourced populations and CRMs like Slate, Qualtrics, and advanced MS Office tools. Education and experience prerequisites include a Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related experience; the position is part-time with potential for up to 37.5 hours per week, and operates in a hybrid work model.
