Job Summary
Assist in leading Babson College's Accessibility Services by managing a caseload of students with disabilities, reviewing documentation and determining accommodations, overseeing Note-Taking and Exam Proctoring programs, coordinating real-time transcription and ASL interpretation, supervising student note-takers and peer assistants, updating web content and resources, collecting and analyzing program data, and collaborating with faculty and campus partners to implement inclusive accommodations and practices. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4-6 years of experience, knowledge of ADA/Section 504, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems like AIM, Advisor Link, and Workday. The role is on-site at Babson College in Wellesley, MA, with some early mornings/evenings and weekend work, and a pay range of $60,554–$67,282 with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Disability Studies, or a closely related field
- A minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
- Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
- Ability to work collaboratively across campus and with all populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn AIM, Advisor Link, and Workday
- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work both independently and with teams
