Job Summary
Assist in the safe, effective operation of the school under the direction of the School Director; support growth and development of children, promote a positive image of the company, recruit and retain quality staff, ensure compliance with state licensing and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
