Assistant Director

Assistant Director for Chick-fil-A Glastonbury. Lead and develop team members and leaders to meet business goals, drive peak performance in high-pressure operations, manage day-to-day operations, drive-thru reporting, and oversee inventory and month-end processes. Role emphasizes servant leadership, trustworthiness with finances and inventory, energetic engagement with team and community, and a strong positive culture. Schedule includes 35 hours in operations and 5 hours out of operations weekly, with weekend and night availability.
