Job Summary
Assist with leading and guiding the dining services team, oversee inventory and ordering, support hiring and development of team members, participate in meal preparation and serving, ensure food presentation is attractive, deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests, help maintain kitchen and dining-area sanitation and safety, and cultivate relationships with management and the client to support the dining department’s goals.
Required Qualifications
- Prior cooking experience or experience leading a team
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel
