Job Summary
Assist the Digital Branch Manager in leading the Digital Services team and driving digital member experiences. Support daily operations of the Digital Branch, coach and develop staff, ensure timely, accurate, and professional service across all digital channels, assist with digital account openings, electronic account services, digital banking support, and electronic lending activities, help identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and service delivery, and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, regulations, and internal controls. Emphasizes a digital-first service strategy, collaboration with leaders across the organization, and delivering world-class member experiences through digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in financial services, digital banking, contact center operations, retail banking, or a related field.
