Assistant, Digital Ad Ops (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide executional support for multiple accounts by performing tasks including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing & optimizations, tagging, reporting, screenshots, content creation, and troubleshooting. Work across ad platforms such as Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more. Audit data quality and implement fixes, communicate with internal teams and project leads to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, incorporate feedback, and help develop more efficient processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (pivot table, pivot chart, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with digital marketing language or digital marketing experience (programmatic, paid social, paid search)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail and QA of own work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback proactively
- Quick learner and adaptable to changing tasks
