Job Summary
Assist in directing and evaluating the dietary department under the Dietary Manager; oversee day-to-day operations, supervise food service employees (scheduling, hiring, performance management), prepare meals per planned menus and standardized recipes, manage diet orders, and substitute as a cook or dietary aide as needed. Will work weekends and evenings. Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, teamwork, dependability, and customer service ethos are emphasized, with opportunities for comprehensive benefits and career advancement.
