Assistant Dietary Manager

Assist in directing and evaluating the dietary department under the Dietary Manager; oversee day-to-day operations, supervise food service employees (scheduling, hiring, performance management), prepare meals per planned menus and standardized recipes, manage diet orders, and substitute as a cook or dietary aide as needed. Will work weekends and evenings.
