Job Summary
Create and update pre-costs and design presentation boards for branded sleepwear across men's, women's, kids, and infant sizes. Interpret written and verbal feedback from factory, licensing, and production teams to implement design changes and revisions. Maintain proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD while managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Collaborate with the Design Director and Associate Designer to support the creation of design assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of CAD
- Ability to interpret written and verbal feedback from different teams (e.g., factory, licensing, production) and implement design changes accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to follow instructions and feedback meticulously
- Strong language and communication skills, with the ability to understand and convey design specifications, feedback, and revisions clearly
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Fluent in: English
- As required
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, silhouettes, colorways, fabrication, and trim
- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is a plus
